Sigma Ingegneria drones are born from the aeronautical know-how of their designers and engineers.
Models available:

Efesto an hexacopter with a load bearing frame made of an aluminum alloy. Its shape takes up that of a wing box. This feature guarantees excellent performance in terms of structural strength, lightness and maintainability. It is considered a European reference in the precision agriculture sector. Born from the collaboration with CNR, it is currently exhibited as an example of Italian technology at the traveling exhibition around the world created by “Città della Scienza”.

Horus is a 12 push / pull motors with central body made by 3D printing with Sintering technology. The engine mounts have taken shape from an iterative topological optimization process. They are made of plastic materials reinforced with continuous carbon fibers. Horus has removable arms and landing gear that facilitate the disassembly for more accessible transportation. It was designed with the purpose to have an aerial platform able to carry payloads up to 12kg. Horus manages to combine high flight performance with innovation in manufacturing technologies.

Helyx is a FPV drone (First Person View) for racing and freestyle applications. It is a test project that explores the implementation of Generative Design (topological optimization software) and additive manufacturing technologies. Thanks to the collaboration with Autodesk and HP, the project was exhibited at the additive manufacturing fair, “Form Next” 2018, in Frankfurt as a special guest of the respective stands.

Support to the Customer for the standardization of machinery with the release of a technical report and support for the implementation of the planned interventions. Support for CE marking of machinery and creation of documentation for the composition of the technical file required by the certification procedure according to Machinery Directive 2006/42 / EC.
